Weixiang Acupuncture is a complete and independent acupuncture system which is different from traditional acupuncture systems. It was created by Dr. Yunpeng Fang (1909-1990 China) and developed and improved by his son Professor Benzheng Fang, and gradually formed Weixiang style Acupuncture. The main features of Weixiang acupuncture are Fang’s scalp acupuncture, Ti body loop, and hand/foot holography. The head is the governor of the body; controlling the spirit, and the vital essences of Qi and blood. Stimulating specific acupoints on the scalp, one can induce the response of the desired sensation to treat various diseases. In this course, Professor Fang will introduce the locations and functions of 21 central points, Fu Zang/Xiang, Dao Zang/Xiang, ect. Case studies include: seasonal allergies, insomnia, pain management, digestive system disorders, etc.
